Please understand that we are constantly in demand to answer aquarium questions. We wish we could spend all day helping hobbyists in need, but we have to make money so we can stay in business. We will occasionally make some time to spend with you if you call, but that time is limited. If your problem is very involved, we may request payment for our time by credit card over the phone.
