My fish are disappearing. I have 1 black molly, 1 shrimp, and 2 large yellow snails. My kids have seen fish tails underneath the snails.
It would be difficult for your snails to assume a pure predatory role in your tank. There is a good chance the fish died on their own, for whatever reason, and then the snails are scavenging on the bodies.

I have an establised reef tank and lately Ive noticed over 100 greenish/yellow organisms at 1-1.5 inches long which move themselves across the glass and substrate to find food. Any ideas as to what these are?
These sound like mojano anenomes due the coloration. Majano's will reproduce quickly and tend to be harmfull to other corals/invertabrates. The solution would be to invest in a syringe and dose these little guys (one at a time, in their center) with kalkwasser. This should be done of course just before a water change to rid your system of the excess calcium.

How many clown loaches do you recommend for a 10 Gallon tank to get rid of a snail infestation?
I only recommend 1 clown loach and you may find in time that they too will outgrow a 10 gallon tank.

I have just noticed small white worms on the glass and all around the tank. They are 5-10mm in length and are white in appearance. What are they and how do I get rid of them?
You are probably witnessing some type of flatworm. They are harmless.

I have small snails just starting to appear in my 10 gal. fish tank. What causes these tiny thing to appear and where did they come from and how do I get rid of them.
Snails usually come in on live plants and since they proliferate at such a high rate they infest a tank before you realize what happend. To eraticate naturally use Clown Loaches. Or you can use Snail-acide for a non-natural approach.

How do I get rid of a fish I dont like in my reef aquarium?
You can try the fish traps out on the market which are small plastic containers with a built-in trap door. You'll lure the fish in with food and release the door via some fishing line.
