no one has even posted a topic here before is this new or what? anyway, i read that angelfish will eat "smaller" fish. just how "small" is this? 2"? 1"? or fry sized? please help! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />

As I say any fish that will fit in another fishes mouth .......WILL. This means that full grown angelfish will be able to eat full grown neon tetras. An angelfish is a cichlid and as such is a preditory fish which will chase and try to eat other fish that if thinks will fit into it's mouth. If you raise small angelfish with fish suvh as neon tetras and keep the fish fed well you might be able to keep them together with out being eaten. However if the angelfish decide to breed in your tank then the smaller fish will be thought of as a threat to the eggs and fry and might be eaten if not just chased way. I hope that this answers your question because not all fish read the same books that I read.
