Goldfish and other coldwater fish

I am looking to set up a coldwater aquarium (~30 gal.) for a couple of goldfish. I was wondering, are there were any other coldwater varieties of fish that would be compatable with fancy goldfish?

Goldfish should only be kept with goldfish. There are plenty of different varieties to choose from to make your tank interesting.

As Bobbie has said.. goldfish should only be kept with other goldies.. there are many varieties to choose from that are really facinating pets.. goldfish require alot of tankspace and filtration per fish ..so with a 30 gal tank you shouldn't really have more than 3 fish to allow for maximum growth.. i hope you find some you really like and have great luck with your new pets :)
