How do I get rid of anchor worms in my tank? (55 gal freshwater) I'm currently at the end of a treatment program using paragon II and I have more than when I started. 5 of my fish (Gourami, tetra, swordtail & Platy) have died and the rest don't seem to be doing good. I don't see these worms on my silver dollars, Bala shark or loach. Should I remove these fish and retreat the tank? Should I have removed the carbon from my filter while I treated the tank or left it in? I hope someone can help me. Thanks.
