My Parrot fish is having eye problem

I noticed that one of my parrot fish having eye problem. Both of its eyes is covered with blurred white spot. Can this be treated? Please help, this fish is very cute and I don't want it to go blind.

Before ayone can tell you what is wrong we need to know a little something about what is going on in yot tank. #1 What size is your tank? #2 What size is (are) your fish(es) and how many and what kinds do you have in the tank? #3 What is the pH and water temp? #4 Do any of the other fish chase the parrot cichlid around? #5 How much do you feed the fish? #6 How much water do you change in your tank and how often do you do the water change? #7 How do you do your water change? #8 Is there any ammonia, nitrite and how much nitrate is in the tank? #9 What kind of medication (if any) have you put in the tank,even if it is salt?
