I have been breeding guppies for awhile for food for the other fish and provide guppies for my friends, family, etc. to keep.
It's hard to tell exactly when the fish will drop her fry. Normally, just prior to dropping her fry, she will seclude herself from the other fish and also refuse to eat. But if she secludes for over a day, then it could also be a sign that she is very ill and/or maybe about to die. Try to examine her to see if there are any other signs (tail rotting, soars, etc.). If possible, setup a smaller tank using some of the decorations, rocks, and water from an established tank.

i have moved her to a 5gal by her self there is no rotting of the tail and as far as i know she is healthy all she wants to do is stay close to the heater every now and then she will swim around the tank. the black spot is like a pin needle size away from the bottom of her body. i was think she is getting close maybe?

It may take awhile before she drops her fry. Cut off the fish net from the holder and place it over the filter intake. This will prevent the fry from being sucked up into the filter. Be sure to provide a lot of hiding places as well. Give her varied amount of nutritious foods, like frozen bloodworms, frozen/live brine shrimp, etc.
