tilapia buttikoferi

i have two 10 inch buttikoferi in a 50 gallon tall tank.they are extreamly agresive,i have a devider keeping them apart.what would happen if i introduced another buttokoferi same size into tank??also will there be enough room?will the ones in now calm down?the ones i see at the store get along with others.i have been told by stores they are impossible to figure out sex. one has slight bulging of sex organs and is more full bodied and greyer than other,the other is more slender and pointed with more yellowish stripes,no bulging of sex organs.stores said they never been able to breed any.ANY INFORMATION ON THESE FISH IS APRECIATED..
