onemore time about light

Ok im slow at this.. i admit it.

i am using 1 watt per gallon now, but if i use two wont my fish totally hate that?

i have a jebo 48" with a 55w square bulb. if i change the blue bulb, i could get 2 wattts per gallon, but as i said wont that drive the fish to stressland?

sorry for the light question again, i have read so much but still isnt clear.

You have some fish that really don't like light and if you want to see them, it's best to leave it as is. Your plants will probably be fine, but if not, replace them with some that don't need so much light.
