I saw Lloyd's and thought more people should follow suit. It is interesting to see fish kept by people you talk to.

I also stripped one of my female cobalt reds and took pics of the process. I will post that in another thread in the near future so it can be linked to for future reference.

my fav fish is the livingstoni, he eats out of my hands and i can pet him. gorgeous fish and very trusting.

Those are some really good pics!! I was wondering what you meant about "stripping" your fish. I had envisioned little fish pasties and a g-string. LOL :LOL I understand now, you were taking her babies away so she won't eat them, I think. At least, that's what it looked like in the pic. I'm such a newbie :o

She won't eat them, she will just let them out of her mouth when shes ready.. and other fish will eat them. I have had about 4-5 survive in a heavily rocked aquarium to about 1 inch (sold them) the most recent one can be seen in the 4month fry pic (the yellow one.. tad out of place eh?) survived for 2 months in a tank that would have eaten him in a second if they caught him.
