sand or crushed coral?

I presently have a 90 gal with 8 Tropheus moorii, 8 Neolamprologus Caudopunctatus, and 1 Synodontis.
I would like to possibly replace my crushed coral base
with some quality type of sand. I am pumping approx.
600 gph through a sump system.
What are some of the characteristics that I may face?

Not really sure what exactly your asking here. But I will say that there should be no problem with useing sand instead of CC. But when adding sand it will cause a cloud in the tank for a day or two this should not bother the fish at all. But will be unsitely for a few days. Ask a more spiecific question and I'll try to help.
