Don't buy from BigAlsOnline.com!

I recently purchased an item from BigAlsOnline. The item description was not accurate and they told me I have to pay for the shipping to send the item back and pay for the shipping for my replacement.
These people are very difficult to deal with and it is not worth the headache to save a few dollars.

If it make syou feel any better, their retail store isn't worth stepping foot in either. Again, they are cheap, but it is very hard toi get good service.
