I have had a 30 gallon freshwater aquarium for about 3 years. I now want to upgrade to a 125 gallon aquarium. A neighbor of mine has had one for a year or so, but has not been successful with filtration. What type, brand, and size filter would you suggest for an aquarium this size? Also how about an undergravel filter system to supplement the main filtration system. I have heard of wet/dry, cannister, etc. Need some direction on this.
Thanks in advance
Spike

Large Fresh water aquariums are not my specialty. But In a system this large I would think that a Wet and dry filter system would do the trick and do it quite well. It will provide a great enviroment for a bio system.
I would love a new 125 gal but I would have go with a Marine tank :D Congrates on getting a new tank.
