I maybe looking into purchasing the above pH monitor & probe. I was just wondering will it measure the pH in Fresh & Saltwater? Also, is there some type of calibration fluid I have to use or is it just a "drop in the tank" type probe?

As I understand it, these monitors will measure pH in both salt and fresh water. You just require different calibration fluids for salt or fresh. I think this answers your next question - yes, you need to use a calibration fluid.
Here is the manufacturer's web site

Thanks.
The store does not list the calibration fluid. Is there a specific kind or can I use any type?

Per the manufacturer's web site, the kit comes with some calibration fluid. Of course, they would like you to use their calibration fluids. I'm sure Dave would be able to supply what you need.

We sell calibration fluids. They are under meter accessories.

ok. No problem. It's just in the store, the item never mentions the use of any calibration fluid. It may be a good idea to include that on there as with a link.
I know when I was looking at the Eheim filters in the store, it states that the type of media is required and also includes a link. This would be a nice feature also for the pH Probe.
