I want to express my appreciation to Reef Crew (http://www.reefcrew.com/) for all the extra service on my recent order.
After answering many questions via email, they then special ordered some items that I wanted. Then they agreed to hold the order since I would be away 5 weeks due to family problems. Upon my return, they shipped the order, well packed and containing exactly what I had requested. They even suggested including my pod order with this order to save shipping fees! After receiving the order, they contacted me to ensure that I was happy and to offer to answer any more questions that I may have.
I can not think of anything else Reef Crew could have done to improve the service. With service like this, I'm sure their business will grow.
