AquaClear 110 filters & media

I have 2 AquaClear 110 HOB filters (used to be called 500) that have been used for about 6 months that I just replaced with canisters. They are good for up to 55 gallons and put out from 375 to 500 gph.

Also have enough media for about 6 months for each filter.

Sorry guys..........ended up using one of them on my gourami tank and the other is set aside for a hex tank as soon as I can find a place to shoehorn it into the house. I should have posted an update, but forgot. :EM

How big is the hex going to be? and of cource what is going to be in it?

Not sure on what I want to put in the tank yet (maybe some of the smaller African Cichlids.......don't have any of those yet!) but I'm thinking in the neighborhood of 50 gallons or so.
