Hi:
We do not sell anything on E-Bay and we never have nor will we ever. We also do not carry Bio-Logic filters and never have. If anyone has used our name, web site or email adresses in association with E-Bay in any way, please let us know right away so we can file a complaint with E-Bay and put a stop to it.
We cannot find a web site for the manufacturer and that scares us, as that may mean they are no longer in business.
Your case is a classic example of why all aquarists should boycott E-Bay for aquarium products.
There is a lot of stuff for sale there at great prices granted, and there are some legitimate deals to be found there, but one must be very very careful. Some aquarium products sold on E-Bay have been traced to stuff stolen from stores and distributors. We know of a few cases where stores were robbed (2 cases here in the Chicago area), then the exact products stolen turned up on E-Bay for sale at "it's a steal" prices.
Other folks on E-Bay are selling so-called close-out deals of items they bought dirt cheap from distributors that were actually products returned by consumers because they didn't work correctly or they were missing parts. many of the people selling new products are often not hobbyists or aquarists, and have not made sure the products were complete or worked before they sold them. Because many of these products look brand-new, there would be no reason for them to check.
E-Bay's safeguards for consumers are not that good and can easily be defeated. They have a rating system for sellers, but a seller with a bad rating can simply re-register under a different name with a different email address, using a different PO Box for a mailing address, and start over. If the seller uses AOL or another popular gateway, IP addresses will be different so they cannot be traced. We have a couple of staff members who trade on E-Bay regularly but not for aquarium products and we have heard some nightmare stories. E-Bay also takes very little or no responsibility for what is sold and so buyers are basically on their own and at risk when they buy.
It is always better to pay more and buy from a reputable dealer who offers guarantees and a decent return policy. We will make some inquiries to our distributors on your behalf. If we hear of anything about Bio-Logic, we will post that information here.

The only reference I have been able to find to Bio Logic Wet Dry Filters, after almost forty searches on master search engines using various wording combinations was one:
Petswarehouse.com sells the filters new and may be able to get you in touch with the manufacturer for parts. I do not usually point folks there, but as they were the only link I could find, I shall do so.
Unfortunately, they do not have any pictures of the product, but I now know they are hang-on-tank wet/dry filters, which at least gives us a clue as to where to begin in helping you.
If you could post pictures of what you have, and a description of what parts you believe you are missing, we will certainly try to help you.
