If you had to choose ONE lighting system and your choices were VHO or Metal Halide, what ligthing source would you choose?

Something to think about:
Considering all aspects (pros and cons) of VHO and Metal Halide lighting, which one benefits the aquarium coral habitat the most.

Chose wisely!

DUKE IT OUT!!!!!

Metal Halides all the way, cause they are more efficient, provide light that closer simulates the sun, and are more common to find bits and peices of if something goes wrong, you have many choices in bulb temp, size, double ended or single ended, and you need not replace the bulbs as often as t-5.
