Should I buy?

I saw this ad when I was looking to upgrade from my 20 gallon saltwater tank and was looking for advice: Should I pay the $1200 he's asking for all of the following and what else would I need (doesn't look like there is a protein skimmer here) to have a reef tank with at least some soft coral?

* 90 Gallon Tank
* Cherry cabinet with doors
* 90lbs of live rocks
* Live sand
* Metal Halide Lamp
* 2 Brand New Halide bulbs 1 month old (cost $175.00) EACH
* Heater
* 3 Power Heads
* All new hoses
* Brand New UV Starializer (cost $300.00) 1 month old
* 2 120/277V Hid Lamp Ballast
* Wet Dry Filter system
* Seachem Pinnacle (cost $375.00) makes 90 gallon of water in 24hr
* Timers
* Bucket with about 25 extra things "Calcium, Water Test Kit,Magnents,"much more.

Is the tank drilled?
What kind of pumps does he have?
What about a chiller?

I don't see a skimmer in there, but it still seems like a good deal if the stuff is that new.
