purple growth

hey i was wandering how purple corraline grows? cuz i have some rocks with no purple on it but some that does. do you think the rocks with purple would spread to the other rocks with no purple and start growing around the tank? or rocks with no purple will never have purple at all. thanks! i just bought some purple up

Good calcium levels... Good lighting....
Having it on other rocks in the tank will help it grow faster...
