Would it be safe to use dehumidifier water?

I'm just curious if this is the same as distilled? Or is there too much household stuff mixed in with this water?

I wouldn't try it. I'm not sure what is in that water.

No, dehumidifier water have fine dust particles in abundance..A dehumidifier does not remove nitrates, phosphates, metal traces, chlorine etc etc...RO Unit water all the way really..
