bugs HELP

i was just wonder if any one has had a problem with bugs in tank? my clownfish got cotton wool dis and i treated the tank and got rid of it but know i have little white bugs in the tank can n e one help so i can get rid of them

What do the "bugs" look like?

They are probably good for the tank and have been living in your LR/sand since setup.

I call them free live food!!!

little white tiny bugs they r comming from the LR cause I took the LR out and put it in my other tank and now that tank has bugs but my fish r afraid of them if they come close to well my clown he freaks out r the buggs good or bad :confused:

They sound like nothing to worry about, your tank should be fine.

Hello, without a picture it is hard to determine, might just be a starfish outbreak. Little starfish no bigger than a few centimeters accross. Do they appear to have five "legs"? Let us know. I had a tank set up for years and the eggs lay dormant and then one day BOOM! they were all over the place. The part about the fish being afraid of them is a little strange. Could just be from the live rock as I have plenty of "bugs" in my 55 gal. kind of resemble a sour bug out doors. Hope this helps.

This is not a good outbreak, they are not baby starfish and can kill some hard corals.
also, they may even have 6 legs.

i tried to take a pic but it just is blurry ill keep trying but thay dont have legs looks like little white specks maybe 1 cm if that ty for the help guys ill keep trying for that pic the white spots r them if u can see lol

yes after they were in my tank for a bit know i can see 5 and 6 legged bugs what do i do know????

Also I had 2 starfish just appear is that normal?
