oscar in brackish?

can oscars tolerate salinity of about .005?
I was thinking of mixing him with some other tough brackish fish.

It is best to keep fish in water that comes close to whet they were living in and oscars do not live in brackish water. And what other brackish water fish do you have in mind? What size tank do you have and what sizes do these other fish get to be? I wouldnot want to try raising oscars in brackish water for any length of time. Maybe for disease control but not for ever day living if you want to call that living.
