Cichlid acing CRAZY! Help!

One of my Texas Cichlids has suddenly started acting very strange. Yesterday and today, like every 3-5 minutes he will shoot to the top of the tank and splash all around and then swim doing flips back to the bottom of the tank. He looks unbalanced. Any ideas?
