help me out in this kind of disease

my maroon clown fish started having like a web like covering it's body and then its getting weak and like its fin is getting eaten. what should i do to cure it? is there any medicine for it? what kind of disease is this? what should i do to prevent it from happening to my other fishes? please help me in my problem. . :( please post ASAP
