OUR MAILINGS:
We do not send out lots of junk email! We hate junk email and would never subject our visitors to anything we wouldn't want. Our periodic newsletters are just that . . . PERIODIC! They contain offers for excellent savings on close-out, over-stocked, and special products, but they also contain
web site updates, news and announcements, brief articles, and beautiful tropical fish photographs, suitable for desktop background displays and greeting cards. We rarely send out more than one e-mailing every two months, and we don't email anything unless we have something important to share with our visitors.

Occasionally, we may want to publish aquarium information that you provide us, such as your questions and our answers regarding aquarium problems or advice, on our web sites), photographs, articles or our other content that we feel would benefit other aquarium hobbyists. In instances
where we are publishing your writing, we use only your first name and state of residence so that you will get credit for bringing up a cool or interesting aquarium topic worthy of sharing with other aquarists around the world. If you see information you wrote or contributed and would like us to provide more contact information, please write us by U.S. mail with the request. Emailed requests will not be honored.

A WORD ON MASS MARKETING:
We realize that there are some excellent, honorable mass-marketing firms out there that operate with some degree of moral integrity. However, we also believe that many e-mail spammers, mass junk-mailers and telemarketers are amongst the most annoying creatures and entities on Earth,
second only perhaps to mosquitoes and house flies. We would not even consider the idea of assisting these repugnant life-forms in their asinine endeavors by providing them with information about you or yours.
