This is the Emperor Aquatics T-5 lamp 4-pin connector without starter lamp. It fits Emperor Aquatics UV models #02040, #02065, #02240, #02240B, #02240S, #02280 x(2), #025050, #025080 x(2), #02130 x(2), #025120 and #025150. 

TIP: To replace the starter lamp, unbend two thin paper clips. Insert one end of a paper clip into each of the wire terminals holding the starter lamp wires. Remove the starter, then the paper clips. Carefully insert the wires of the new starter into the terminals and push them firmly in to lock them in place.
