All IceCap electronic ballasts are UL approved and carry a three year manufacturer's warranty. All units include a 6 ft. wiring harness with a quick disconnect and an aluminum heat sink mounting plate. IceCap ballasts DO NOT come with a power cord. A three prong cord can be purchased at any hardware store. The power cord must be hard wired to the harness. The IceCap ballasts support the lighting of VHO (1500ma), HO (800ma) or standard (425ma) lamps in any combination. Requires one set hard end caps per lamp.
The IceCap 660 powers up to 440 watts, including four lamps up to 48", 3 lamps up to 60" or 2 lamps up to 70".
The IceCap 660 can also be dimmed using the Solar Dimmer.
