For use with Lifegard mechanical modular
filters, these re-usable cartridges are easier to change than the pleated cartridges that
come with the modules. They do not have a media chamber. You must have the correct
standpipe for the size of cartridge you purchase. We recommend buying two cartridges.
When it's time to change the cartridge, take the old one and bleach it, rinse it and then
allow to dry for the next filter change. Each cartridge will last up to 6 cartridge
changes.
