The standard module is equipped with
1-1/4" Slip by 1" Slip fittings and includes reducer bushings to 3/4 Inch FPT which must be glued in if needed. It may be adapted to
fit any size plumbing up to 1" using reducer
bushings. T-Modules come equipped with 3/4" FPT fittings. A-Modules
come equipped with 1/2" FPT fittings.
Lifegard modular filters are
easy to assemble using standard
PVC fittings which we sell online. Any combination of modules can be
strung together to form a complete filtration system. These systems can
be run by an external
water pump. Many hobbyists use modular filters in the return
line from their aquarium reservoir for various applications.
