Regardless of what payment method you want to use, we highly recommend ordering online! If you place your order online, it is sent directly to our warehouse for fulfillment without delay.
Due to limited staff and to keep our prices competitive, we do not accept orders
by phone unless our website is experiencing technical difficulties.
You may use any payment method we offer online when you place your order. Simply select the payment method you want to use, then proceed to the final invoice page where you will find instructions on how to complete your payment.
Our online storefront is safe, secure and easy to use. When you click "Check Out," you will re-directed to our 128-bit encrypted web site before you enter any personal contact information. Simply place your order in our Online Store, and when you Checkout, select "Call With Payment" from the available payment methods at the bottom of the Checkout form. You will be able to checkout the same as if you were paying by credit card. On the final
Invoice screen, you will be provided with instructions and our Toll-Free number, which you can use to phone in your order number and your credit card information. We will receive your order information electronically but your credit card will not be processed online.

PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:

Simply place your order in our Online Store, and when you Checkout, select "Pay By Check" or "Pay By Money Order" from the available payment methods at the bottom of the Checkout form. You will be able to checkout the
same as if you were paying by credit card. On the Final Invoice screen, you will be provided with instructions and our address, which you can use to mail in your order number and payment by check or money order.
Please note that payments by check will be processed two weeks after we receive your payment (check must clear your bank). Payments by money order will be processed the day after we receive your payment.

PAY BY PURCHASE ORDER:
PLEASE NOTE: We only accept purchase orders from educational institutions, government agencies, and registered non-profit or tax-exempt organizations. If you're not one of those, please place your order using any other available payment
method or your order will be deleted without notice. We do not accept purchase orders from for-profit corporations or organizations.
To pay by purchase order, you must first create an account on our online store, then email us or call us at 847-440-0938 with your request to pay by purchase order. We will set up your organization in our shopping cart system as qualified to pay by purchase order.
Please note that it will be important that you create an account in our store system, using your name and company name exactly as spelled when you make your request or our system will not recognize you and "Payment by Purchase Order" will not be available as a payment method when you checkout.
Once you have been set up in our system, orders paid by purchase order are placed online just like any other order. Simply log into your account, place your order in our Online Store, and when you Checkout, select "Pay By Purchase Order" from the available payment methods at the bottom of the Checkout form and enter your purchase order number in the space provided on the next screen. You will be able to checkout the same
as if you were paying by credit card. On the final Invoice screen, you will be provided with complete instructions on how to submit your purchase order to us.

ORDERING BY E-MAIL:
We do not recommend ordering anything from anyone using e-mail. There are too many bad people out there who are able to intercept electronic mail and use the information to their advantage. Sending personal information such
as credit card numbers by e-mail is very risky no matter what anyone tells you.
