What are your shipping charges? YOU PAY EXACTLY WHAT WE PAY FOR SHIPPING AND THE MATERIALS WE USE TO PACK YOUR ORDER! We do not profit from shipping charges. The shipping charges you see when you place an order are calculated using the online web
sites of Federal Express and UPS. These charges are automatically calculated based on the weight, dimensions and replacement-cost of an item. The following factors may make an item more expensive to ship:

If an item is exceptionally heavy (over 30 pounds), shipping will cost more.

If an item has over-sized dimensions greater than 30" to 36" long including packaging (Example: fluorescent lamps or light fixtures), this longer dimension will result in an over-sized package and that raises shipping costs.

If an item has a replacement-cost greater than one hundred dollars ($100.00), extra charges are automatically applied to cover additional shipping insurance.
We do include a reasonable packing charge in your shipping charges to cover the cost of boxes and fill, which varies according to product size. If shipping on an item seems unreasonably high to you, please email the webmaster so we can check our weight and dimension settings for that product.

When will my order be shipped? We ship all orders placed before 2:00 PM (Central Time) during the week on the same day the orders are placed. We ship orders placed after 2:00 PM (Central Time), and on weekends or holidays on the following
business day. Ground shipping can take up to seven business days, though three to five business days is the average.
Any drop-shipped items are ordered from the manufacturer or our distributors using the same schedule as items we ship. With rare exceptions, almost all drop-shipped items are shipped the same day they are ordered. Some drop-shipped products have a delay time for shipping and if this is the case, we have supplied that information on the product description page for those products. We sell some products that are built-to-order and we
indicate that on applicable product description pages. We make every effort to make sure that both our company and the companies that ship for us are in stock, and we have many alternate sources for products. However, on occasion some products you order may be out-of-stock. How we handle out-of-stock items.
If you ordered any products that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer or our distributors, and/or you selected a Ground shipping method, please do us a favor and allow three business days before contacting us for a tracking number. Please note that we highly
recommend selecting ground shipping methods for drop-shipped items. If you select an express shipping method for a drop-shipped item, the item will ship using that method when it leaves the manufacturer or distributor, not from the day the order was placed.

Do you ship all of the products you sell? Some products we sell are drop-shipped from either the manufacturer or one of our vendors. These include large, heavy and over-sized items as well as certain product lines. For your convenience, we may also drop-ship certain out-of-stock items in order to

IMPORTANT: If your order includes products that we have drop-shipped, you will not receive a shipment notification and tracking number for the drop-shipped items. We do not provide tracking information on drop-ships unless the order is overdue or at least three business days have passed from the date the order was placed. If you have any problem with an order you receive that was drop-shipped to you,
please contact us right away. Do not contact the company that shipped your order. They cannot help you.

Will I be notified when my order ships? The answer is usually yes. We use the email address you provide with your order to send you a shipping notification through either UPS or FedEx software when we process your order. Please supply us with a valid email address when you place your order or
you will not be notified and it may also delay shipping your order. If you are concerned about your privacy, please read our privacy statement.
EXCEPTIONS: You will not be notified when your order ships if you select United States Postal Service as a shipping method (International orders only). If your order includes products that we have drop-shipped, you may not receive a shipment notification and tracking number for the drop-shipped items. We do not provide tracking information on drop-ships unless the order is overdue. If you have any problem with an

If you choose Federal Express shipping and you absolutely need a tracking number, please email us, and we will provide one for you. We do not automatically receive tracking numbers from some of the companies that drop-ship for us. tracking number. Once you make your request, rest assured we are working on it. We will request a tracking number from the company that shipped the product, and in most cases, we will have it for you the following day.

When will I receive my order? IMPORTANT! Read this if you need your order delivered on a specific day of the week.
If you select United Parcel Service, Federal Express Ground, or United States Postal Service shipping options when you place your order, the day on which your order is shipped is not included in the number of days shown in your shipping option.
Example: If we receive your order on Friday at 3:00 PM, and you selected UPS Next Day Air, your order will be picked up on Monday afternoon at 4:00 PM and will not arrive until Wednesday because Monday is not included.
This does not usually apply to orders shipped via Federal Express Next Day, Two Day, and Express-Saver shipping methods. However, short delays have been known to occur with FedEx delivery if the destination is in a rural route area, is outside the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or in another country.

Can I have my order shipped without a signature required? The answer is absolutely! Simply select that option when you complete your order. However, please note that if you are a first-time customer and have paid using a credit card, we may delay shipping the order until we obtain written or emailed confirmation from you regarding the request. This is done
to protect our customers from possible credit card fraud and to protect ourselves from criminal or fraudulent chargebacks.
